The Armory Show 2010

For the Armory Show in 2010 we collected 5 crates from Berlin, brought them into the UK, where they met a flight to New York.

Working to strict timelines, we managed to customs clear the paintings, even though JFK airport had been closed for 3 days, due to heavy snow. The crates were delivered to the exhibition in New York.

After the exhibition we returned the paintings to the UK,
before returning them to the resident gallery in Amsterdam.

Antartic Expedition

In February 2010 we transported the canvasses, paints and other materials from the UK to South Africa for on transit to the Antartic, where they were used for a high profile project by a world renowned aritst, aimed at "communicating the beauty and strangeness" of the barren landscape of Antartica.

The project was made interestin by the fact that we had to move hazardous goods and the original canvasses were returned in a different form - the final paintings.

All deadlines were met and the paintings successfully returned to London.

Packing and Seafreight to South Africa

These are the pieces of artwork that we collected in the UK
using a dedicated 2 man vehicle to ensure no damage on the journey back
to our packing depot.

The cases for these items were over 6 cubic metres in total , making this
an interesting packing job.

Each piece was individually wrapped and the full consignment was
crated in 2 purpose built ply wood crates ready
for seafreight to Cape Town.

Our trusted agent in Cape Town arranged clearance and delivery
to the Goodman Gallery, where the items were unpacked by our crew.
