Dear John, I received the bike today and it’s in perfect condition.
The crate was unbelievably professionally made so I could not have choosen a better freight company.
It took me two hours to get it out from the solid crate and now I also have wood for the fireplace for a week or so when the cold winter kicks in. Thanks again for all the co-ordination and work you did on this.

There are 3 ways to ship a motorcycle:
Depending on the destination that you require, we are able to offer either door to door or a door to port
service, where you collect the motorcycle from the port.
The usual way to send a motorcycle is by groupage. This will mean that we secure your motorcycle in a purpose built crate and the crate will be sent in a shipping container with other goods.
We can collect the motorcycle from your residence or place of work and then load it into one of our purpose
built crates. Alternatively, you can ride your motorcycle to our packing centre near
Heathrow, where it will be crated.
We are also able to transport your motorcycle(s) in it's own dedicated shipping container. It will be securely attached to the container, ensuring that the motorcycle does not fall over.
Finally, we can offer a Roll On / Roll Off service. This means that the motorcycle is loaded onto a vessel not
in a container or protective crate. This would be the cheapest service available to you, but is not
available to all destinations. Please check with us for details.
PLEASE NOTE that for all imports and exports for motorcycles, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duty.
Specialist markets include the USA, Australia, UAE and the Middle East.
